To use More Dirt Pro, you must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during the registration process (including your First and Last Name, Email, State, and Trade). You are responsible for safeguarding your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

More Dirt Pro is built on the foundation of "God 1st, Family 2nd, Work 3rd." Users are expected to treat each other with respect, professionalism, and encouragement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community standards.

Crucial for App Store Compliance

More Dirt Pro allows users to post text, photos, videos, and comments. We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior.

• Prohibited Content: You may not post content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, hateful, threatening, or illegal.
• Reporting and Blocking: Users can report inappropriate content and block abusive users directly within the app.
• Moderation: We actively monitor the Platform. Any reported content will be reviewed within 24 hours. Violating content will be removed, and the offending user may be permanently banned from the Platform at our sole discretion.

More Dirt Pro offers a premium subscription for $19.99/month.

• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Billing (Mobile Apps): Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. You must manage or cancel these subscriptions through your respective device account settings.
• Billing (Web): Subscriptions purchased via the web are billed via Stripe.
• No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

We offer a referral program where you can earn a 10% commission on the monthly subscription fees of users who sign up using your unique referral code.

• Commissions are tracked via your user dashboard.
• Payouts will be issued periodically via wire transfer or designated payment gateway.
• We reserve the right to void commissions, suspend accounts, or terminate the referral program if we detect fraud, self-referrals, or abuse of the system.

The Platform includes AI-powered business tools, material calculators, and profit/loss estimators.

• Not Professional Advice: The AI business helper is for informational purposes only and does not constitute certified legal, financial, or tax advice. Always consult with a licensed professional before forming an LLC, signing contracts, or filing taxes.
• Accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy of the material calculators or P&L estimators. You are solely responsible for verifying job costs, material amounts, and business metrics.

• Marketplace: More Dirt Pro acts as a venue to connect buyers and sellers of heavy equipment and tools. We are not a party to user-to-user transactions. We do not guarantee the condition, safety, or legality of any items listed. You assume all risk associated with buying or selling via the Platform.
• Events: Users can post and attend virtual or in-person events. We are not responsible for the safety, conduct, or logistics of user-hosted events.

All original content, branding (including the "More Dirt Pro" name and UI design), and software code provided by us are our exclusive property. You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, More Dirt Pro and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data, resulting from your use of the Platform, the AI tools, the marketplace, or any user-generated content.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms or the UGC policy.

We maintain a strict, zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content and abusive behavior. You may not post, upload, or share any content (text, photos, videos, or links) that:

1. 1Is Offensive or Hateful: Contains hate speech, discrimination, racism, or bigotry directed at any race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or nationality.
2. 2Is Harassing or Bullying: Targets, bullies, threatens, or harasses another user or group.
3. 3Is Explicit or NSFW: Contains nudity, pornography, sexually explicit material, or highly graphic/gory imagery.
4. 4Promotes Illegal Acts: Encourages or provides instructions on how to perform illegal activities, violence, or self-harm.
5. 5Is Spam or Scams: Contains unauthorized advertising, phishing links, spam, or malicious software.
6. 6Violates Safety Protocols: Actively promotes maliciously dangerous or life-threatening work practices within the trades.

To ensure the safety of our community and comply with Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines, More Dirt Pro provides the following safety features, which you agree to utilize responsibly:

• Report Content: You can flag any post, comment, or profile that violates these guidelines by using the "Report" button located on every piece of user-generated content.
• Block Users: You can block any user you do not wish to interact with by navigating to their profile and selecting "Block User." Once blocked, you will no longer see their content, and they will not be able to contact you.

More Dirt Pro is actively moderated.

• 24-Hour Review: Our admin team commits to reviewing all reported content and users within 24 hours of the report being submitted.
• Content Removal: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to immediately remove any content that we deem in violation of these guidelines or otherwise harmful to the community.
• Account Ejection: Users who are found to be posting objectionable content or engaging in abusive behavior will be permanently banned and ejected from the platform without warning and without a refund.

Remember that this is a professional network for tradesmen and contractors. Treat others with the respect you would expect on a job site. While healthy debate regarding trade techniques and business practices is encouraged, personal attacks will not be tolerated.
