• Account Information: When you register, we collect your First and Last Name, Email Address, Date of Birth (to verify you are 18+), State of residence, and your Trade. You may also optionally provide your Business Name and Phone Number.
• User-Generated Content: We collect the content you create, upload, or share, including text posts, comments, photos, videos, and direct messages.
• Payment and Financial Information: If you subscribe to our premium services or participate in our referral program, your payment information is processed securely by third-party processors (such as Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play). We do not store your full credit card number. We do store your referral code and commission earnings data to process payouts.
• Device and Usage Data: We automatically collect certain information when you access the Platform, including your IP address (which we use to determine your local time zone for accurate post times and notifications), device type, operating system, and app usage activity.
• AI Feature Inputs: When you use our Business Help AI or the Bible AI search, we collect the text or voice prompts you submit to generate responses.

We use the information we collect to operate, improve, and protect the Platform, specifically to:

• Provide and maintain your account and the Platform's features (including the community feed, tools, and direct messaging).
• Personalize your experience, such as ensuring meeting times, event calendars, and the daily 4:00 AM Bible verse push notification sync with your local time zone.
• Process your subscription payments and calculate referral commissions.
• Process your AI prompts through our third-party AI partners to provide business assistance and verse recommendations.
• Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.
• Monitor and enforce our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including investigating reported users and content.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following situations:

• With Other Users: Your profile information (Name, State, Trade, Business Name) and any content you post to the community feeds, events, or marketplace will be visible to other registered users.
• With Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Platform, such as our database hosting (Supabase), payment processing (Stripe, Apple, Google), AI integration (e.g., OpenAI/Anthropic), and push notification services.
• For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of More Dirt Pro, our users, or others.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including Row Level Security (RLS) on our databases, to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Account Management: You can review and update your profile information directly within the app settings.
• Account Deletion: You have the right to completely delete your account and associated data. You can do this at any time by navigating to your profile settings and selecting "Delete Profile."
• Content Deletion: You can delete your own posts and comments at any time.
• Notifications: You can opt-out of push notifications or promotional emails through your device settings and the "unsubscribe" link in emails. (Note: You cannot opt-out of essential account or billing notices).

The Platform is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete that information and terminate the account.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Platform or sending you an email or in-app notification.
